-4.4kg, -8.5cm waist circumference, -7cm buttocks circumference.

My goal was to build muscle mass and reduce fat percentage. With discipline and the right plans, I succeeded in doing so well. I’ll hang another challenge to make even more progress. I really enjoyed it, although I could not imagine it at first.
