Medical training is conducted by Nadja (physiotherapist with specializations in sports and reha therapy) and is the road back to a pain free and powerful body and an active life. After a detailed conversation, a tailor-made therapy or training plan will be created. Depending on the problem, techniques from physiotherapy, manual and / or cranio-sacral therapy are applied. It is suitable after injuries, as a beginner training, to get rid of back pain and with cardiovascular diseases.

The “classical massage” is the oldest and most widely used form of massages.
It mainly serves to prevent and treat muscle tension and improves blood circulation in skin and muscles. It is used, for example, before or after major sporting events or achievements, having movement restrictions due to “shortened” muscles, with back- and / or headaches.

Many people are not flexible enough or so-called “shortened”. Unfortunately the “classic” stretching often does not bring the desired results. This changes, however, if you are passively stretched (by Nadja, a professional therapist). With just one stretching session you will already feel the difference. Also recommended for athletes (before training) who want to optimize their performance and reduce the risk of injury.

“My goal was to lose weight on my belly. With the program consisting of training and nutrition I had after a short time the first success experiences! Minus 7.5 cm Waist circumference after one month. It also motivated me and I was surprised how easy it was to change the diet. After 4 months it was 7.9kg less and 14.5cm less waist circumference. I will keep the diet, because I have learned one thing: less often, then enjoy it makes much more fun (and does not harm the figure)”
Very professional and up to date with the training and nutrition plans. The training is tough, but still fun and the results show quickly. The digital support with different apps and the fast response time if you have questions are impressive. That’s the way it should be.-5.4kg, -9.5cm waist circumference.
My goal was to lose weight. After the challenge I felt fitter and happier in my body. Marc has always provided me with tips to get the maximum out of it. He did a great job when the weight reduction did not go according to plan.

Hard but cool! Under Marc’s professional and well-founded training guidance you get trained hard, but fun is not missing out. The training sessions are optimal with 45 minutes and if you stick to the given training and nutrition plan, the kilos will tumble themselves. For me it was almost 10 kilos! In the beginning i was sceptical if i could do the program. But already after the first week i saw that it worked and i knew that i would reach my goal – to feel well and get fit and loose weight. Marc always manages to motivate and has countless tips to make life easier and stick to your goals. I lost 9.1kg and 11.5 waist circumference!
